Publisher and Editorial Board of Theoretical Chemistry Accounts welcome our new editor-in-chief:

Juan-Carlos Sancho-García received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Alicante in 2001, partially done at the J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry in Prague, before moving to the University of Mons for his postdoctoral stay (2002-2004). He is currently a Professor at the Dept. of Physical Chemistry of the University of Alicante and member of its Materials Science Institute. He has held Visiting Professorships at the Universities of Limoges (France), Paris-Cité (France), and Mons (Belgium). He is a member of various scientific committes of international conferences and serves as reviewer for national and international funding agencies as well as for supercomputing centers. His research is focused on DFT developments and applications, and computational organic electronics. He is the author of more than 150 scientific papers. He previously served (2021-2023) as Associate Editor of Theoretical Chemistry Accounts.
