Current Medical Science - Updated Instructions for Authors, Launching in 2025
Dear Authors and Readers,
We are pleased to announce that Current Medical Science will be launching a new set of ‘Instructions for Authors’ starting from January 2025. This update aims to enhance the submission process, improve the quality of published articles, and align with the latest standards in scientific publishing.
Key Changes Include:
1. Article Types and Structure: We are expanding the range of article types we accept and refining the structure of each to better fit the needs of our authors and readers.
2. Submission and Production Process: We are optimizing our submission requirements to provide clearer guidance, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the submission process for our authors. Furthermore, we are introducing a new production workflow designed to reduce the time from acceptance to publication.
3. Formatting and Style: We will be adopting new formatting guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across all submissions.
4. Enhanced Ethical Guidelines: Our commitment to ethical publishing is unwavering. The new instructions will include detailed guidelines on authorship, conflicts of interest, and data integrity.
Transition Period:
From January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, we will operate a transition period during which both the old and new instructions will be accepted. This will allow authors to familiarize themselves with the new guidelines and make any necessary adjustments to their submissions.
How to Prepare:
